At AnVik Threads, your satisfaction is important to us. However, we follow a replacement-only policy:

  • We only offer product replacements — no refunds are provided.

  • 🚫 Returns of damaged or used products will not be accepted.

  • 🔄 Replacements are allowed only for size issues or incorrect products received.

  • 📦 Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • 🕒 Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
